     Hi, my name is Mike Rodriguez. I'm a late-twenty year old divorced man with one child. I am a native Louisianian who lived in South Texas for 12 years. I am a medical professional with a passion for technology. Unlike my previous field (where after a couple of years I was no longer challenged) computers offers an unending challenge.

      A couple of years ago I bought a computer. After I purchased it, I took it home and sat down at it. I basically didn't get up from it again until I had learned everything about it possible. Now, I feel that my countless hours of sitting here in front of the computer can be put to use in helping others. I can help you with those things that I've learned over the years.

      A few things that I've learned about the computer? Well, one big thing that I've learned is that when purchasing the computer, typically the guy selling it to you just wants your money. As soon as you leave the store they consider their work done. I feel just the opposite. The purchase of a computer is just the first step in a long relationship (unless the purchaser just takes it home and uses it as a door stop or something). A customer should be able to ask any questions regarding their computer. So many people say "This is a stupid question but:" There is no such thing as a stupid question (unless your name is Karl). Unless you've owned a computer before, all things are new. If you're not sure about something, you should be able to ask those questions without being hassled or waiting on the phone line listening to the message "all representatives are busy helping other customers, please stay on hold". I hate those messages.

     At MR Megabyte we have a simple philosophy: The customer comes first! Without the customer who are we? Just a couple of guys with nothing to do.

     So all I can say is, give us a try. If you decide to make a purchase with us, you will be gaining "computer friends".
